Pieter is based in Cologne.

Stephen Catling
With more than 35 years of experience in the food ingredients industry, he is a former CEO of ABF Ingredients and a former President of Danisco Flavours. Completed over 25 acquisitions and exits in food ingredients. Has his own consultancy providing advisory work to Private Equity, VC and Family Offices and works as a non-exec. Member of the Supervisory Board of Brain AG, Germany. Stephen is based in Cambridge.

Amos Anatot
Former President and COO of Frutarom. Vast international experience in leading, integrating and growing businesses with over 50 acquisitions - focused on driving procurement, operations, and supply chain to commercial success. Led Frutarom during the IFF integration phase. Former Vice President of Teva Europe in the Pharma industry. Amos is based in Tel Aviv.

Frans Struiwig
In his last corporate positions as General Manager Food Europe and General Manager Savoury Solutions at Frutarom and Tastepoint by IFF, he continued his managerial career from earlier positions as Senior Vice President BU Savoury with Symrise and Vice President Europe with Griffith Laboratories. With a degree in Food Technology and an insatiable interest in the flavour and food ingredients industry, he has now set up his own consultancy practice. Frans is based near Brussels.
